Quitclaim by Alice Ongeleye, widow of Robert Ongeleye, late of the parish of East Peckahm in the county of Kent, yeoman, to Roger Twysden of the parish of Wye in the county aforesaid, of all her dower and all her other right to or in a messuage, barn, garden, and 11 pieces of arable and pasture and 2 1/2 acres of meadow in East Peckahm; part of which property is bounded by the land of the same Roger to the east, the land of William Casyer and Reginald Huggen to the south, that of Thomas Fane, knight, to the west, and the land of Richard Huggen to the west and north, and abbuts on a lane called Manyfeld Lane to the north. Another portion abutting on Gyfordefelde and on the Queens's highway running between Hadlowe and Blackepettes to the south, and the land of Thomas Burges to the west. Two other pieces called Brodfeldes, bounded by the lands of Robert Bowene to the west, and the land called Manyfeldes Land to the north; two others called Spoyles, lying between the land of John Huggen to the south, Thomas Baker to the north and west, and the Queen's highway to the east; another called Howlettes, the remainder called Lomewoode, bounded by the lands of William Casyer to the east and south, and a certain lane called Brownehylles Lane to the north. The 2 1/2 acres lying in the eastern end of a certain pasture called Catty Stayles Mede, bounded by land of Andrew Durke, a certain stream to the south, the lands of the heirs of Thomas Huggen to the west, and a certain water course flowing through Casyers Bridge to Codes Floude the the north. All of which Roger lately purchased of Robert.
